Grief can feel heavy, disorienting, and endless at times.
But you don’t have to move through it alone.This is a space where you can exhale a little.
In this 60-minute in-person session, there’s no pressure to have the right words, no expectation to be okay, and nothing you need to prepare.
You’re welcome to come as you are, whether you’re overwhelmed, numb, angry, exhausted, or unsure of what you even need.
Together, we make space for what’s here, while gently finding steadier ground beneath you.

Before your session:
There’s nothing you need to do to prepare.
Just choose a date and time, and come as you are.
In-person sessions are based in South East Queensland, Australia.
(Occasionally, also offered in Coffs Harbour, NSW and Sunshine Coast, QLD.)
If you feel you may need more time or space, an extended 90-minute session is also available.
